How far in advance should we book?

For peak wedding season, two to four months is the comfortable window. Here's why the lead time matters and what we can still do on a shorter runway.

The comfortable window

Reaching out two to four months ahead lets us hold your date, finalize artwork with a proof you approve, and source blanks in your exact colors and size range. Peak Saturdays in spring and fall book up first, so if your date lands there, earlier is better — a quick call to hold the date costs nothing.

What the lead time buys

  • Your date, secured: our crews are finite, especially on prime weekends. A hold guarantees we're yours.
  • Artwork done right: monograms, illustrated venue graphics, and dates get a proof so what's pressed matches what you pictured.
  • The right blanks: specific garment colors and a full size run take a little lead time to source properly.

Short timeline? Call us.

Weddings come together on all kinds of schedules, and sometimes the idea for a station lands late. If your date is only weeks out, don't assume it's off the table — call us and we'll tell you honestly what's doable. Simpler designs and in-stock blank colors move faster, and we'll be straight with you about what fits the runway.

Not sure of every detail yet? A hold on the date is the important part. We can refine the keepsakes and artwork afterward.

Can you do a last-minute wedding?

Sometimes. If your date is weeks out, call us — with a simpler design and in-stock blank colors, short timelines are often workable. We'll tell you honestly what's realistic rather than overpromising.

When do we need to finalize the artwork?

Ideally a few weeks before the date so you can approve a proof and we can prep transfers. If you're booking earlier, there's no rush — we lock artwork once you've settled on the design.

Does peak season change the timeline?

Yes. Prime spring and fall Saturdays book up first, so aim for the earlier end of the two-to-four-month window for those dates. A no-cost hold is the safest way to secure a popular date.
