Live DTF heat pressing
Our core method for weddings. Full-color, soft-hand, washable transfers pressed onto totes, tees, robes, and crewnecks. Great for monograms, illustrated venue art, wedding dates, and "his/hers" or "team bride" designs. Because the art is pre-printed and only heat-set on site, colors stay crisp and lines move fast.
Hat bar with patch application
A rack of blank caps — Richardson 112 trucker styles, structured dad hats, and clean five-panels — that guests personalize with pressed or stitched patches. Leather, chenille, and woven wedding-date patches are the after-party favorite, and hats travel home easily in a suitcase.
Live embroidery keepsakes
For a heirloom feel, we stitch monograms, initials, and dates onto caps, robes, and small linens. Embroidery reads as a gift rather than swag, which makes it a natural fit for bridal-party thank-yous and welcome-suite touches.
UV DTF stickers & hard goods
Peel-and-press UV DTF graphics wrap tumblers, hydro bottles, and rigid welcome-bag extras. It's the easy add-on that turns a plain water bottle in the welcome bag into something branded to your weekend.
The station itself
We plan the footprint around your venue. A single-method station fits comfortably in roughly a 10x10 area; a two-station setup with a hat bar and a press wants a bit more. We bring our own tables, signage, and — when a venue allows — quiet power. If outlets are limited, tell us early and we'll plan around it. Indoors, outdoors under cover, or in a hotel suite for a welcome party, we adapt the layout to the room.
Garments and blanks we source
We source the blanks so the colors and sizes match your palette. Common picks: Bella+Canvas 3001 tees for their soft drape, mid-weight crewnecks for cooler-evening weddings, cotton canvas totes for welcome bags, and Richardson 112 or Flexfit caps for the hat bar. Want a specific brand, color, or a range of sizes for a wide guest list? We'll spec it into the quote so nobody's left with the wrong fit.
Not sure which method fits your day? Tell us the moment — welcome party, reception, or bach weekend — and we'll recommend the mix that gives guests the best keepsake for the least fuss.
